About the role
Perlmont's loyalty programme has 2.1 million members and we know an uncomfortable amount about what Hong Kong buys at 11pm. The CRM team turns that into email, SMS and app messages that people actually open — replenishment reminders, birthday offers, the win-back journey for someone who has not bought foundation in nine months.
This is a structured 12-month graduate seat. You will start on campaign execution — building, QA-ing and scheduling sends — and by month four you will own a journey of your own end to end, with a target attached to it. Rotations through the data team and the app squad are built into the programme, and there is a permanent CRM Executive role at the end for graduates who deliver.
You will be paired with a senior CRM manager as your mentor and you will present your journey results to the marketing leadership at the six- and twelve-month marks. We have run this programme for four years; nine of eleven graduates are still with us.
What you'll do
- Build, test and schedule email, SMS and push campaigns in our CRM platform, including bilingual versions
- QA every send properly — segment logic, links, dynamic blocks, and the Chinese rendering that always breaks first
- Pull performance reporting after each campaign and write a short, honest read of what worked
- Take ownership of one lifecycle journey (likely replenishment or lapsed-customer win-back) from month four
- Maintain the campaign calendar and keep the brand, store and e-commerce teams aligned on send timing
- Support consent and data-handling hygiene in line with the PDPO and our internal marketing permissions
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree awarded in 2025 or 2026, any discipline — we care more about how you think
- Native Cantonese and business English; you will write and check copy in both
- Genuinely comfortable with numbers — you should be able to explain the difference between open rate and conversion without hedging
- Meticulous about detail; a broken link goes to 2.1 million people
- Right to work in Hong Kong on graduation (IANG holders welcome to apply)
Nice to have
- An internship in marketing, e-commerce or analytics
- Any hands-on exposure to a CRM tool, even a student society mailing list
- Basic SQL or a willingness to learn it in your first quarter
What you get
- Structured 12-month programme with a named mentor and two cross-team rotations
- Hybrid working after the first three months
- 35% staff discount plus a quarterly product allowance
- Sponsored professional certification in the second half of the programme
- Permanent offer for graduates who hit their programme objectives
