About the role
Every agency in town says it trains graduates. Most hand you a reporting template and hope you work the rest out. Our Growth & Media programme is twelve months with a written curriculum, a named mentor, and a review at months three, six and twelve where we tell you honestly how you are doing.
You will rotate through search, paid social and marketplace advertising, then choose a specialism for your final quarter. From month two you will have hands on live budgets — small ones, supervised, but real money for real clients, because nobody learns media buying from a sandbox.
The team is eight people and sits between strategy and the creative studio, which means you will spend as much time arguing about whether the creative is the problem as you will inside an ads manager. That is deliberate.
What you'll do
- Build, launch and optimise paid search and paid social campaigns under the supervision of a senior buyer.
- Pull weekly performance data and write the first draft of the client readout, including a recommendation you are prepared to defend.
- Maintain UTM discipline, conversion tracking and the audience taxonomy across accounts — the unglamorous work that makes everything else true.
- Run structured creative tests with the studio and document what actually moved the number.
- Complete the programme's certification track: Google Ads, Meta Blueprint and one analytics certification.
- Present once a quarter to the wider agency on something you learned that others should know.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree awarded in 2025 or 2026, in any discipline — we have hired historians and physicists and both worked out.
- Genuine comfort with numbers: you can build a pivot table, spot a broken conversion rate, and explain a CPA to someone who does not know what one is.
- Business-level English and Cantonese; you will be on client calls before the end of your first quarter.
- Some evidence you have already tried something — a side project, a society's social account, a Shopify store, a dissertation with real data.
- Right to work in Hong Kong, including IANG visa holders.
Nice to have
- Any exposure to SQL, Looker Studio or Google Analytics 4.
- Mandarin for Greater Bay Area accounts.
- An internship in media, e-commerce or analytics.
What you get
- Named mentor and a written twelve-month curriculum
- All certification fees paid, with study time during work hours
- 14 days annual leave from day one
- Medical cover and MPF from your first day, not after probation
- Guaranteed permanent role on successful completion — 82% converted last year
